The following suggestions provide different ways¹ to reach Padma & Hari Harilela Lecture Theatres (夏利萊博士演講廳), which is inside the Lam Woo International Conference Centre (林護國際會議中心), Shaw Campus, Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), Hong Kong:

From Kowloon Tong MTR Station to Hong Kong Baptist University
25MS: Circular Line between Kowloon Tong MTR Station and HKBU
- Fare: HK$5.1
- Boarding stop: Public Transport Interchange (MTR Exit D or B2)
- Drop-off stop: Baptist University Road Campus, Baptist University Road (4th station)
- After getting off, cross the road and walk along Renfrew Road for approximately 1 minute to reach the workshop venue
- Note: You may take Route 25M (Direction: Tung Tau Estate) alternatively. (The boarding and drop-off stops are the same, and the fare is HK$ 6.3)
- Fare: ~ HK$ 27
- A taxi stand is available on To Fuk Road, next to Kowloon Tong MTR Exit F
From Hong Kong International Airport to Hong Kong Baptist University
- Fare: HK$18.6
- Direction: Lam Tin (North)
- Boarding stop: Airport (Ground Transportation Centre)
- Drop-off stop: Kam Shing Road, Junction Road (Station 17)
- After getting off, cross Junction Road and walk along Renfrew Road until you reach the Conference venue.
- Duration: ~30 minutes
- Fare: ~K$240-290

Take the East Rail Line from Mong Kok East Station (1 stop) or take the Kwun Tong Line from Prince Edward Station (2 stops) to Kowloon Tong Station. From there, either walk for about 15 minutes or take a short taxi ride to reach Shaw Campus.

Note¹: Regarding the three hotels in Shatin, the taxi ride time shown may be an ideal time. During the peak time at 8am, the ride may take 14-24, 14-26 and 16-35 mins for Royal Park, Regal Riverside and Alva Hotel respectively.
Take Bus 85A, 81C or 86C from the Regal Riverside Hotel stop, and get off at Kam Shing Road (6 stops), Junction Road (7 stops), or Kent Road (4 stops) respectively. Then walk for about 5-11 minutes to HKBU. Alternatively, you can take Bus 170 at Greenfield Court to Kowloon Tong Station (9 stops), then walk for about 6 minutes to the university.

Take Bus 85 from the Royal Park Hotel stop, and get off at Kam Shing Road (7 stops). Then walk for about 5 minutes to HKBU. Alternatively, you can take bus 80M from the same bus stop and get off at Kent Road (4 stops). Then, walk for 11 minutes to get to Shaw Campus.

Take the Tuen Ma Line from City One Station to Tai Wa Station (3 stops), then take the East Rail Line to Kowloon Tong Station, or interchange at Diamond Hill Station and get off at Lok Fu Station. Walk for about 14 minutes from either of the stations or take a short taxi ride to reach HKBU.
Take Bus 281A from Yu Chui Court (Ngau Pei Sha Street), and get off at Junction Road (4 stops). You can also take Bus 85A from the same bus stop to Kam Shing Road (12 stops). Then walk for about 5 to 7 minutes to HKBU.
