BIO

Dr Craig Cooper is a Lecturer in the Language Centre at Hong Kong Baptist University. He holds a PhD in Visual Arts and has taught across language and art programmes in the UK, Hong Kong and mainland China.

His teaching focuses on how students develop and present academic work, with attention to academic writing and communication. He is interested in how interdisciplinary and collaborative approaches can support this process, especially in contexts shaped by artificial intelligence and related technologies.

With a background in visual arts, Dr Cooper is also interested in academic communication across disciplines, including how students engage with practice-based forms of knowledge production.
