BIO

Paul has an extensive background in English language training, and has been teaching English as a second language since 1999. Originally from the USA, he previously served as Director of Studies at a leading global language training provider and as an English lecturer at Shenzhen Polytechnic and Shenzhen University. 

Paul’s experience covers General English, Business English, and English for specific purposes as well as academic English courses.

Paul is committed to helping his students reach their English language objectives and utilizes a student-centered and communicative approach to ensure that students learn in a relaxed and productive manner.

Previously, Paul taught in South Korea, Japan, Mainland China and the USA. He holds a master’s degree in education (M.Ed.) and several English teaching certificates such as CELTA and TEFL.
