MISSION
The mission of the Language Centre is to empower HKBU students with competencies in academic, professional, intercultural, and digital communication, preparing them not only for intellectual growth but also for global engagement and career success. To help them develop these core competencies, we provide diverse learning opportunities in English, Chinese, and five other languages through:

- Independent language learning opportunities
By integrating these competencies into our curriculum while emphasizing the nurturing of independent learning, we prepare students to thrive in their academic pursuits and future careers
