After leaving business school, I spent a brief spell on an NGO dedicated to increasing educational opportunities for underprivileged students, before joining the teaching profession. 

I would like to think that my years of service have led me to better understand the challenges students face, whenever possible use empathy, and even come to embody those I teach and learn with.

I am also an enthusiast of literature and a researcher in my personal capacity, with particular emphasis on the Theatre of the Absurd.
