After gaining five years of experience as a Researcher at CityU in the fields of Science, Art, and Psychology, I discovered a newfound passion for language and education. Consequently, I embarked on a professional journey with the Goethe-Institut, a globally renowned cultural institution representing the Federal Republic of Germany. This opportunity led me to expand my role as a German lecturer at HKU, as well as esteemed educational institutions such as Sacred Heart Canossian College and St. Paul’s Convent School.

The transition from university to primary and secondary schools resonated with me, sparking a deep appreciation for this shift. Consequently, I embraced the position of Teacher at HKBUAS, where I devised and established a comprehensive German program, elevating it to a core subject for student learning.

Presently, I am delighted to have joined Hong Kong Baptist University, where I am committed to fostering cultural exchange, education, and social discourse. Within this role, I actively support the teaching and learning of the German language while promoting global awareness of Germany’s rich cultural and social diversity.
